Business ethics in wide sense is an aggregate of ethics principles and norms which activity of organizations and their members must follow in the field of management and enterprise. It engulfs the phenomena of different orders: ethics estimation of both domestic and external policy of organizations on the whole; moral principles of members, I.e. professional moral; a moral climate is in organization; standards of moral conduct; norms of business etiquette are external codes of conduct.

The ethics problems of business life became the article of especially intent attention in the USA. The mandatory courses of ethics are read not only on philosophical and theology faculties but also in different schools of business. Large companies organize the courses of ethics for the employees. Many firms create ethics codes, formulating ethics principles of corporation, rules of conduct, responsibility of administration in relation to the workers in writing. However much of ethics code quite often serves as a simple concession to public opinion and is both first and last steps in the decision of ethics problems. Moral level of managers, as a rule, below, than representatives of other professions.

And all the same attention public to the ethics problems forces the leaders of organizations to produce the ethics analysis of the activity. From complaining on elusive and to not control character of moral, that is the general mestome of researches on ethics, attempts to pass to of ethics aspects. It is accordingly possible to select the followings levels in of business ethics in a corporation:

1) ethics principles (imperatives}, dominant in an external for a corporation environment, changing of which depends on the dynamics of cultural in society;

2) normative acts, regulating the conduct of employees of corporation;

3) collectives of employees of corporation, whose activity is determined the moral climate of organization;

4) individual reasons of employees are corporations, propulsive them to moral activity which asserts the ideals of good and inferior the call of duty.

It is necessary to take into account at the construction of the system of skilled management, that ethics principles and confessedly moral norms, as a rule, are fixed in the official records of corporation is a mission of corporation, corporate ethics code (moral institutes), and the informal mechanisms of the moral adjusting are determined dominating real-psychological stereotypes and authority of moral leader.
