Moral climate of organization.

The moral climate of organization is determined its organizational culture. Formal, legally fixed aspects of organization as regulation aims, mission, values can go away with the real goals and maintenance of activity and character of mutual relations of people which in organizations are folded, it is therefore possible to talk about a formal, legitimate organizational culture and shadow or real organizational culture which in this organization will be realized.
