Ethics code, values and mission of organization.
The level of moral development of both the separately taken personality and organization on the whole is presently determined an orientation on the humanism universal principles formed in XX в. of justice: equality of human rights and respect of dignity of human creature as to individual personality (л. Kol'berg); principle of awe before life (And. Schweizer). In the known book A. Pechchei «Human qualities» are set six aims for humanity, on which it is possible to collate the aims of activity of organization:
• «external limits» are getting a clear idea of of problem of biophysical limits of existence of man on Earth, harmonization of mutual relations of man with nature;
• «internal limits» are research of physical and psychological possibilities of man;
• defence and maintainance of cultural features of people and nations;
• a «world association» is an exposure of ways of gradual transformation of the system of the egocentric states in co-ordinated between itself geographical and functional centers of making decision;
• environment of dwelling, general world layout of settlements;
• production system.
Corporate ethics codes can be founded and on other ethics principles which was folded on of the last four centuries and partly maximal ethics requirements:
utilitarian principle — gives the most blessing the most number of people;
individualistic principle — directed on achievement of somebody's long-term interests.
Introduction of abstract positions about values, mission, and philosophy of organization in corporate ethics codes does not eliminate attitude toward them from the side of guidance of companies simply as to the beautiful words, while the standards of requirements, produced society to, as a rule, are ever-higher. Corporations are required decision of different social problems: upgrading of life of the hired workers, defence of environment, eleemosynary activity, upgrading of life of all citizens of society.
There is a point of view, that, in final analysis, the increase of degree of social responsibility promotes of long-term aims of organizations and advantageously by him.

6) organizations aim to accumulate resources for the decision of large problems;
7) organizations morally are under an obligation to help society.

1) the cost of such conduct are a decline of profitable reasons of corporation and rise in prices of its products for an user;
2) a company which carries the large stake of social responsibility can lose in competitive activity other companies;
3) atonement for social responsibility can take form wage-cut, decline of dividends, prices;
4) acceptance of social responsibility can enter in members organizations in relation to its primary objectives;
5) acceptance of social responsibility can really reduce power of organization;
6) responsibility for social problems lies, but not on corporations;
7) the leaders of corporations are not taught to decide a problem.
